Tradeify Holdings set out to transform the prop-firm sector by providing a fair, transparent platform where talented traders can qualify for funded trading accounts through skill-based challenges.
By focusing on automation, speed, and data-driven insight, Tradeify's vision was to minimize manual costs, streamline onboarding and payouts, and build a high-trust community, all while mirroring real-world market conditions and strict risk management.
Tradeify engaged Topvine to design and deliver a platform where new traders could seamlessly purchase trading accounts and instantly begin their evaluation journey. Our focus was on building an intuitive dashboard that empowers traders to monitor their progress, performance metrics, and account status in real time.
By lowering barriers to entry and providing transparent, actionable insights, we helped Tradeify create a user experience that drives engagement and sets traders up for success from day one.

Operating in the fast-paced, prop-firm industry required Tradeify's platform to excel in several complex areas:

- Rapid End-of-Day Auditing: At the close of each trading day, our systems automatically performed high-speed audits of every trader's activity. Because of the fast-moving nature of the markets, it was critical to deliver immediate pass/fail outcomes, providing timely feedback and maintaining platform momentum.
- Complex Payout Management: Automating payouts while maintaining strict compliance, security, and auditability was critical to building trust with traders and ensuring smooth operations.
- Data Security & Reliability: Management of sensitive user, financial, and transactional data demanded leading security practices and total operational resilience.

- Automation Everywhere: Streamlined onboarding, trader workflows, evaluations, payouts, and account transitions through automation, reducing manual intervention and error throughout platform operations.
- Team Structure for Resilience: As the platform evolved but remained in an extended MVP phase, we established a dual-team approach: a dedicated core ops/dev team focused on maintaining stability and real-time support for active users, alongside parallel teams working to build, test, and gradually roll out new features. This structure enabled robust, scalable growth while ensuring uninterrupted reliability at every stage.
