Tradeify Holdings, Corp. set out to transform the proprietary trading firm landscape with a platform where traders could earn funded accounts through skill-based evaluations.
However, to truly disrupt the market, Tradeify needed to automate and optimize as many aspects of the trader experience—from assessment and onboarding to payouts and support—while ensuring the platform could reliably handle substantial growth and high user activity.
Their vision was to create a seamless, high-performance environment that closely mimicked real-world market conditions, rewarded trader discipline, and minimized manual intervention for quicker payouts and more responsive customer service.
By focusing on automation, speed, and a robust community experience, Tradeify aimed to attract top trading talent and establish itself as a leader in the prop-firm industry.
The Solution
Topvine partnered with Tradeify from the earliest stages, guiding technical delivery of the MVP from 2021 and iteratively enhancing the platform's automation, performance, and scalability as it evolved.
Our team engineered secure middleware to integrate proprietary trading systems, built robust payout management and auditing solutions, and established rigorous data protection protocols.
After the platform's official launch in July 2024, we rapidly expanded automation throughout key workflows—including trader evaluations, onboarding, payouts, and customer support. These enhancements dramatically reduced manual processes, shortened turnaround times, and enabled Tradeify to deliver exceptionally fast, responsive support for their traders.
This evolving technical foundation ensured uninterrupted service during periods of explosive user growth. By continuously optimizing and scaling the platform while providing strategic guidance, we empowered Tradeify to deliver a seamless, high-performance trader experience, quickly building trust and establishing their position as innovators in the prop-firm industry.
Our engagement concluded in July 2025 as Tradeify transitioned to their next growth phase.
